About these terms
These terms govern use of xuite.io. Production work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
What this site is
An description of services offered. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a guarantee of a particular result. Sales figures, listener numbers and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Rights in your work
You keep all rights in your book and in the audiobook produced from it. We do not take a royalty share and we do not require exclusivity as a condition of working with us. You warrant that you hold the rights necessary to have the audiobook made.
Rights in our material
The design, text and images on this site belong to Xuite. The Xuite name and mark may not be used without written permission.
Engagements
Scope, schedule, fees and payment terms are set out in the written agreement for each book. Fees are for work performed. Where a project is cancelled partway, work completed to that point remains payable.
Confidentiality
We treat unpublished manuscripts as confidential and require the same of anyone engaged on the book.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this site is excluded. Liability arising from production work is dealt with in the written agreement for that work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
